We will gladly accept your child into our program with the proper documentation.
Our Registration procedure is as follows:
If your child is entering First Grade, a copy of his/her Baptism Certificate is required. If your child is in any other grade and you are registering for the first time at Sts. Peter & Paul, a transcript from the parish formerly attended must be received in our Office before registration can begin. Copies of our New Student registration form and also our Re-registration form for current students can be downloaded using the links below.

The fee must be paid or a payment plan set up. Payments must be received on time. If you need to speak to someone regarding our registration fee, please call Elaine or Robin at (631) 208-1978. All calls are kept confidential.
